Payment Terms

Unless alternative terms have been agreed, payment terms for advertising are as follows:

  • Bookings for two consecutive months or less – payment required on booking.
  • Bookings exceeding two consecutive months – payment by standing order or clear funds via BACs or debt card prior to printing.

Long term bookings arranged with a discounted rate will be charged at the full rate should the booking be cancelled before the end of the agreed term.

Terms & Conditions – Printing

Although we make every effort to ensure your information and design is correct, mistakes can happen. Please check over all proofs carefully to ensure there are no errors. By giving us your approval you agree to take full responsibility for any errors not detected at this stage. Team Valley Publications cannot be held responsible for any errors after you have confirmed approval. Please pay close attention to all of the following: description, telephone numbers, address details, names, logos, dates, prices, spelling, wording, dimensions, quantity, colours (If applicable). We cannot proceed with the printing of your design until we have received confirmation either via email or signed hardcopy proof.

Team Valley Publications cannot be held responsible for mistakes in supplied artwork. Supplied artwork will be considered print ready and will not be checked before going to print. If an error is discovered you will be advised and will be liable to any costs incurred such as materials and machine time.
